RWP Run Club

Founded by Patrick Rubin (@rubinpatrick_), a triathlete and running coach, the RWP Run Club aims to create a community that promotes running as a social activity and supports runners of all levels. The club organizes various runs and training sessions to foster camaraderie among its members

With over 22,000 members in their Facebook group, the RWP Run Club has become a running community of its own. They have chapters not only in Metro Manila but all over the Philippines. If you are based in Metro Manila, you can join their sessions in Alabang, Makati, BGC, Pasig Pasay, and Quezon City. WeKenRun

WeKenRun is more than just a running club; it is a vibrant community dedicated to empowering individuals to unleash their inner runner. Founded by Coach Ken Mendola, a seasoned healthcare professional and certified Track & Field Level 1 Coach, WeKenRun focuses on guiding runners from all backgrounds, whether they are complete beginners or seasoned athletes.

EZRC

The EZRC (EZ Run Club) is based in Pasig’s Kapitolyo neighborhood and holds runs every weekend. Rockwell Run Club

The Rockwell Run Club was established in May 2023 and  is one of the fastest-growing running communities in Metro Manila. They organize runs along Makati’s Central Business District and Bonifacio Global City. They typically schedule two to three runs each week, catering to a range of runners from beginners to seasoned athletes. The club features pace groups that accommodate various speeds, ranging from 4:30 minutes per kilometer to 8 minutes per kilometer, ensuring that all members can find a suitable group to run with.

The club’s friendly atmosphere is designed to welcome new members, including those who may feel intimidated by the running scene. Overall, the Rockwell Run Club offers a structured yet inclusive environment for individuals looking to enhance their running experience and connect with others who share similar fitness goals.

Tara G Run Club (TGRC)

The Tara G! Run Club (TGRC) is an active running community-based in Pasig City, known for its welcoming environment. TGRC holds regular “budol runs” as they call it every Wednesday at 6:30 PM, meeting at Ortigas Park in Pasig City. 

The club emphasizes inclusivity, welcoming runners of all ages, genders, and abilities. Their pace groups accommodate a wide range of speeds, ensuring everyone can find a group that matches their current fitness level and feel supported throughout their runs.

5am Gang

5am Gang was started by Paolo Tomacruz (@lifeoftoma) and his friends Sean Ken Garcia, Tyron Nunez, Kahane Pe, Andrei Adriano, Khael Encarnacion, and LA Sison Pira. The club was first intended to hold group running sessions at 5am but that is not feasible for most people who have 9-to-5 schedule. To cater to more people, they have night runs on Wednesday or Fridays and morning run on weekends instead.  They hold regular runs in various locations, including BGC, Makati, North (UP Diliman), and Alabang. Just recently, the club debuted its first run in the Ayala Car Free Sunday to jump-start the regular sessions for members around the area.

Cubao Run Club

The Cubao Run Club is based in northern Metro Manila and organizes urban runs every Wednesday and community runs on Sundays. Their routes include various neighborhoods in Quezon City, such as Maginhawa, Tomas Morato, Camp Aguinaldo, Araneta City, and UP Diliman, as well as Greenhills in San Juan and the Ortigas Business District.
